What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check in time is 3PM and checkout is 11AM. Please message us if you’d like to request for an early check in / late checkout (additional fees may apply).
Yes — onsite parking is available for our guests. Please note that parking is tandem, which means vehicles may need to be moved to allow another guest to exit. If you are not comfortable with another guest moving your vehicle when you are away, we recommend arranging nearby paid parking instead.
We can accommodate small to medium-sized vehicles only. Larger vehicles will need to park on the street. If you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please message us in advance and we’ll be happy to advise.
Can we drop off our bags early or store luggage after checkout?

The maximum overnight occupancy is 2 guests total. Please inquire about small children.
Yes — daytime visitors are allowed only with prior host approval and must depart by 9 PM. All visitors must comply with local occupancy rules.
Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID is required and may be requested prior to check-in or at any time during your stay.
Access to the roof and fire escapes is strictly prohibited except in the event of an emergency evacuation.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. As we share the building with neighbors, we ask that there be no loud music or excessive noise after this time.

San Francisco International Airport is just a 20-minute drive from the property.
We do not accommodate children under the age of 12. Please inquire about exceptions.
Yes — complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available.
Pets are not permitted on our property. Guests with service animals are welcome. Service animals must be under the guest’s control at all times.
Smoking of any substances is strictly prohibited inside the home, on balconies, and anywhere on the property. A $500 fine will be assessed for any violation.
The building has central heating. However, there is a space heater in your room so that you can set the temperature to your liking. Please leave the thermostat outside your room at its set temperature as it affects the whole building.
Caution: Please use the space heater, microwave, and tea kettle one at a time to avoid tripping the breaker. Contact us if you need assistance.
The fireplace is not an included amenity and may not be used at any time. Unauthorized use will result in a $500 fine. This is strictly for fire safety.
Parties, events, celebrations, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. We are committed to maintaining a peaceful environment for our neighbors and complying with local regulations. Any unauthorized event or excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and potential additional penalties.
We are available for urgent matters and have local support staff nearby to address emergencies promptly.
For bookings through Airbnb and VRBO, please contact us through the app. More than one of us monitors these systems at the same time and this will increase your chances of getting a faster response.
